Post a formal meeting of unitholders held on February 10, 2021, members voted in favour to change the Responsible Entity (RE) for the Flinders Emerging Companies Fund (ARSN 607 268 048).
Warakirri Asset Management Ltd (AFS licence 246782) is the Responsible Entity of the Flinders Emerging Companies Fund scheme with effect from 22 February 2021.
