Genium rates Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund “Recommended”

Warakirri Asset Management is pleased to announce that the Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund (WDAF) has received its inaugural ‘Recommended’ research rating from Genium Investment Partners.
In its research report, Genium assessed the Fund’s investment strategy, portfolio construction and governance, concluding that WDAF offers investors credible exposure to Australian agricultural land assets supported by experienced sector expertise.
Genium highlighted the Fund’s focused strategy of acquiring and leasing Australian agricultural land, with diversification across regions, tenants and higher‑value sectors such as viticulture, horticulture, fruit and nuts. The report also noted the experience of portfolio manager Steve Jarrott, who brings close to 25 years of agricultural investing experience.
Reflecting on its overall assessment, Genium stated: “WDAF’s core thesis is credible and executed by an experienced manager with genuine sector expertise. The structure is straightforward, and Warakirri has demonstrated a disciplined, patient approach to deployment.”
The Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund, designed for family offices, charities, HNW individuals and superannuation funds, has now deployed more than $160m in investments across ten high-quality investment grade agricultural assets and nine best in class tenant partners
Following the Fund’s most recent distribution, it paid a distribution of 5.48% p.a.* for the year ended 31 March 2026.
