Warakirri publishes 2025 Sustainability Report

We are pleased to share that Warakirri Asset Management has published it’s annual Sustainability Report for the 2025 financial year. The report is Warakirri’s second Sustainability Report, and is aligned with our long history of ethical investing and sustainable business practices. The report outlines our management approach and performance across our strategic sustainability priorities in 2025.
Sustainability Report Highlights
Some key highlights from the 2025 report include:
- In preparation for Australia’s upcoming mandatory climate reporting regime, Warakirri has continued to enhance its transparency and was again certified as a carbon neutral organisation.
- Warakirri reviewed and updated its ethical screening criteria for the Warakirri Ethical Australian Equities Fund in FY2025 to align with best practice.
- Warakirri became a member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA) in October 2024, reinforcing its commitment to responsible investing.
Upon releasing the report, Managing Director, Jim McKay noted, “In our global operating context, there continues to be a focus on transparency and accountability, with growing regulation and disclosure requirements around sustainability-related topics, particularly climate.”
