Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund Raising Capital for New Asset

Warakirri is in the process of securing a new investment for the Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund (Fund) and is now accepting applications in advance of the settlement of the new target asset, planned for November 2024.

New Asset – Premium NSW Riverina Citrus Orchard

The target asset is a premium orchard aggregation in the NSW Riverina providing exposure to modern mixed citrus varieties including oranges, mandarins and lemons for domestic and export markets, along with NSW Murrumbidgee water entitlements.

The addition of the Fund’s ninth asset builds on the portfolio’s existing investments that include high-quality Wine, Almond, Berry, Horticulture and Agri infrastructure assets, with seven tenant partners across five states.

Fund Raising Timeline

The Fund is now accepting applications until the target asset settlement date scheduled for November 2024.

This provides a window of opportunity between 1 September – 30 October for new applications to be accepted prior to the target settlement date.

How to invest?

The Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund is available to Australian wholesale investors only and applications and cleared funds must be received by the end of each month for unit issues the following month.
