Flinders Emerging Companies Fund - Removal from mFund service

In late 2023, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) advised market participants that it would wind down and close the ASX Managed Fund Settlement Service (mFund) as a result of declining demand from investors.
As a result, Warakirri as the Responsible Entity of the Flinders Emerging Companies Fund – Class B (“Fund”), is required to withdraw the Fund from the mFund service. Warakirri has been working with ASX to ensure an orderly transition and wind down of the service and advises that the Fund will be removed effective Monday 24th June 2024.
