Warakirri issues updated Additional Information Booklet

Effective 1 July 2026, Warakirri Asset Management as Responsible Entity has issued an updated Additional Information Booklet for the following Funds: 

• Warakirri Ethical Australian Equities Fund (WRA7701AU) (ARSN 642 393 299) 

• Warakirri Concentrated Australian Equities Fund (WRA3342AU) (ARSN 642 392 041) 

• Warakirri Concentrated Australian Equities Fund - Class M (WRA6210AU) (ARSN 642 392 041) 

• Warakirri Global Emerging Markets Fund (WRA4779AU) (ARSN 642 392 863) 

The updates represent a change to Northcape Capital’s approach to ESG assessment as part of the investment process, but there have been no changes to the Product Disclosure Statements for the Funds. 

The updates reflect targeted enhancements to ESG-related disclosure, including: 

• Introduction of a tier-based ESG classification framework for the Warakirri Ethical Australian Equities Fund and the Warakirri Concentrated Australian Equities Funds, replacing the previous minimum ESG score methodology, with Tier 2 as the minimum inclusion threshold for the underlying investment manager, Northcape Capital’s, approved list of companies; and 

• Further information of how ESG considerations are applied across the Funds. 

There have been no changes to the Warakirri Ethical Overlay which applies to the Warakirri Ethical Australian Equities Fund.
